Scope of work
Ventilation on Demand (VoD)
- Constructed vent walls and installed secondary fans.
- Installed rigid ducting up to Ø1600mm x 6m in backs.
- Fitted 3m x Ø1200mm damper valves (0.5t) into backs.
- Built ventilation control walls with custom louvres, PA doors, and integrated fan cowlings.
- Installed Ø1600mm HDPE Y-pieces (130kg) in backs.
- Hung and connected flexible ducting to rigid systems.
- Mobilised all infrastructure and consumables from surface to underground.
- Reclaimed fans, ducting, and damper valves post-installation.
Ventilation Controls
- Installed high-pressure 5m x 5m pneumatic doors.
- Constructed regulator walls and ventilation walls with integrated components.
- Relocated and maintained secondary fans in backs.
Civil Works
- Formed and poured concrete pads underground and on surface per detailed specifications:
- Location, fall direction, thickness, and foundation type.
- Included drains, sumps, and structural elements.
- Delivered concrete pads for raisebore sites, substations, pump stations, and more.
- Constructed vertical shuttering for elevated truck load bays and plinths.
Mine Dewatering Pump Stations
- Installed civil pads, plinths, and sumps.
- Mobilised and installed mono pump sets and SMP infrastructure.
- Installed anchor points and monorails in backs.
- Delivered HDPE/steel reticulation both horizontally and vertically.
- Connected pipework using fittings and poly-welding.
RAW Water, Dewatering & Compressed Air Reticulation
- Installed HDPE reticulation across backs and service holes.
- Suspended pipework using anchors and saddles.
- Connected systems with fittings and poly-welding.
- Installed break tanks and pressure-reducing valves.
Fingerpass Grizzly Installations
- Prepared blind areas for drill & blast.
- Constructed Grizzly frame around 3m x 3m Fingerpass (Main Beams 4.5t).
- Placed Grizzly biscuit panels (7.2t each).
- Poured 100–125m³ concrete around frame and apron.
Miscellaneous Services
- Transported large items underground (crib rooms, sat stats, refuge chambers).
- Delivered ad-hoc maintenance including steel door and gate repairs.
