Our commitment to sustainability and safety is central to how we operate and it is only through rigorous compliance, proactive risk management, and meaningful community engagement, that we ensure our operations reflect the highest standards of care, integrity, and collaboration.
At Murchison Mining Services (MMS), HSE isn’t just a box to tick, it’s a reflection of how we lead, how we work, and how we plan for the future.
Safety Culture & Compliance
Safety in the underground mining environment cannot be comprised.
We have developed a safety-first culture that ensures that each of our employees consider their safety and that of their fellow workers in all circumstances.
For us, safety is the bedrock of all our operations, ensuring that our workers finish every day’s work and get home safely.
Every MMS worker, from those on the tools to those at the top, share responsibility for safety aligns to our legal and contractual obligations. We foster a culture where people look out for themselves and each other, on and off the job.
We understand that on complex mining projects, we’re not always the only workers on site. That’s why we bring a collaborative, one-team mindset, working safely and seamlessly alongside client teams and third-party contractors without compromising performance or timelines.
